About the Foundation

The purpose of the Grosse Pointe Chamber Foundation is to receive and disburse contributions for the promotion of commerce, education, economic growth and activities for members of the Grosse Pointe Chamber of Commerce and citizens of the five Grosse Pointe communities. The Corporation shall be operated exclusively for charitable purposes and/or educational purposes within the meaning of such terms defined in Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, or as such provision may be amended.
