Students will prepare a complete dinner from start to finsih in this hands-on class conducted in the professional Alger kitchen at the War Memorial. Children will work in teams to prepare dinner and then sit down together to enjoy their hard work and discuss how each dish was created. The menu will include: Sloppy Joes, Parmesan Roasted Potatoes, Green Apple Cole Slaw and Brownies. Each child should bring an apron to class and have basic knife skills before signing up for this class.
