My goals are to provide a trusting, comfortable, non-judgmental environment for individuals that are in crisis, undergoing change or transitions, or experience distress in their lives. My primary approach is cognitive behavioral, being that how you think affects how you act. My role as a therapist is to help you identify and achieve your goals for the future. Therefore, we will work together on your issues of concern, in an effort to increase your self-awareness and understanding of alternative ways of addressing your concerns.
