-Weekly Weigh-ins – Keep track of weekly progress -Weekly Emails – Tips from mentors, healthy recipes and workout of the week -Personal Training – Two 30-minute sessions with a certified Personal Trainer -Nutrition Consultation – 15-minute phone consult with our nutrition coach -Mobile App Challenges – Earn extra Biggest Loser reward points and prizes -Group Exercise Classes – Once per week Biggest Loser exclusive fitness class -Motivational Leaderboard – For friendly competition -Prizes – Raffle prizes and grand prizes from local vendors

Cost:  $75 / 8 weeks

Registration:  December 1 – January 21 no exceptions Initial weigh-in:  January 21 at 11 am Neighborhood Club Recreation and Wellness Center, Board Room, second level. ALL Biggest Loser participants MUST attend to obtain pre-measurements, receive program information and meet their program mentors.

Post Weigh-in:  March 25
