Neighborhood Club Recreation and Wellness Center –  FallProof TM Balance and Mobility Training

Event Description: Are you afraid of falling?  Are you ever unsteady on your feet?

Have you experienced one or more falls in the past year?

FallProof™ is for you! This is a structured and progressive exercise program designed to improve your balance and mobility

Program Benefits:

-Improve your walking ability

-Learn strategies to improve your ability to recover from a loss of balance -Improve your standing balance and reduce your fall risk

These sessions provide guidance, in a safe and supervised setting, for developing balance skills, and improving flexibility and strength in areas that will improve balance and reduce the risk of fall and/or injury. Pre-and post-balance assessments are conducted to identify individual need and progress.

$50 / 8 weeks
