Strength Training for Athletes

Strength Training for Endurance Athletes is a circuit style class that will increase your resistance to fatigue. This is a 4 week small group training that will focus on upper and lower body strengthening to target areas that commonly limit performance.
Stefanie Suter is a ATC, PTA, CPT and Certified Running Coach has eight years of experience working with athletes.
