GROSSE POINTE FARMS, Mich. – The Helm at the Boll Life Center, formerly known as Services for Older Citizens, hosts a community open house Saturday, Jan. 26, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at 158 Ridge Road in Grosse Pointe Farms.
Residents of the Grosse Pointes and Harper Woods, as well as their families and friends, are invited to explore all three floors of The Helm’s beautifully refurbished historic facility and experience some of its programs and activities, including tai chi, ballroom dancing, brain fitness, core strengthening, French for the traveler, piano classes, chorale singing, ping pong and more.
Light refreshments will be served and there is no cost to attend.
The Helm at the John A. and Marlene L. Boll Life Center, located at 158 Ridge Road, Grosse Pointe Farms, Mich., is a 501(c)3 nonprofit, non-residential senior community center whose mission is to inspire and enable residents of the Grosse Pointes and Harper Woods to enjoy the gift of longevity, living healthy and meaningful lives as they grow older.
