The War Memorial, in partnership with Wayne Health Mobile Unit, is offering a community walk-in clinic on Tuesday, December 14 from 12 – 6 p.m. The Wayne Health Mobile Units represent the future of healthcare, providing ‘care your way, where you live and work,’ with the long-term goal of improving population health outcomes. The mobile units deliver an ever-expanding menu of health services directly to your neighborhood or place of employment. We are here to help you and we will be there every step of the way.
The Wayne Health Mobile Unit will offer the following services:
• COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters (please bring your CDC card if coming for your 2nd, 3rd, or booster dose)
o Pfizer (FDA approved for 5 years or older in compliance with FDA/CDC regulations)
o Moderna (18 years or older *2nd and 3rd Doses ONLY, NO 1st dose due to shortage in State)
o Johnson & Johnson/Janssen (18 years or older)
• COVID-19 PCR testing (3 years or older)
• Blood pressure screening
• Diabetes, cholesterol, kidney function screening
This free event is hosted by Wayne Health. No appointment needed and Wayne Health will be able to answer all additional inquiries.
