Support includes pre-printing of performance manifests, update of patron attendance notes, ensures that wireless router is functional and handles problem ticket issues. Ticket office responsibilities may include entry of revenue into the ticketing/donor management software system, including ticket revenue, donations, membership dues, tuition, playbill ad and concession revenue and, miscellaneous items.

Prepare daily revenue reports in Quickbooks ready format supported by daily reports from the ticketing/donor management software.

Work directly with the ITM and Executive Director to maintain and update individual and institutional files of donors lists.
